Signs that my face is almost 35 years old...

I am facing the big 3-5 in only 60 days and I have to admit...I am not real excited about it. Mid-30's here I come. With this development, I have noticed many bizarre things happening to my face. I see old pictures and videos of my face in my 20's and I was just lovely. No marks, no wrinkles, nothing but an occasional freckle on a lovely, flawless, young face.
Ahhh how times have changed and how children add years to your face.
Seriously - ages 30 to 35 have just done SCARY things to this face of mine. This includes...
1. Pimples in weird places...scalp, neck, ear.
2. My old "mask of pregnancy" on both lower cheek regions of my face.
3. Sun spots that don't fade.
4. Wrinkles. Lots of wrinkles.
5. T-zone dry skin challenges.
6. Calcium deposits on my cheek.
7. Scars.
So in conclusion, I am super good lookin'....
Any suggestions from people on a good skin care regime? Lotions, creams, moisterizers? Should I go to a dermatologist and get myself evaluated? All I use is a basic drugstore face moisturizer with SPF 15. Heeelp!!

Sarah...I just saw you this weekend and you are beautiful! Just think of those new wrinkles (I did not notice any!) as "character"!

BTW...we had a great time visiting with you and the family! Shaelyn so missed Lucy after you left. The train has been a huge family hit, Ariel has not left Shaelyn's side (she did get an outfit change) and Brielle and Gracen have been carefully coloring their purses. They have plans to take their lunch to school in them on Tuesday to show them to their friends!!! Once again, Auntie Sarah and Uncle Bear hit a home run with the Minor children!

Oh I am sooo happy to hear that! You know I am semi-clueless about children over the age of 4.5....thus my intrigue in the amazing Brielle! :) Thanks so much for having us over during this crazy time in your life...Sam is just beautiful!

I so hear you!! Try 38...ouch....
I actually just went on saturday and had some lovely pink veins around my nose zapped.
Nothing like a big pink nose to remind you
a. That Lulu wasn't delivered by the stork- and lots of pushing tends to break capillaries in the face.
Nice.
b. it's such extreme weather here that all the drastic changes mess with your face.
Great.
Just one more reason to move to California.
c. To stop drinking red wine-sigh..
and
d. I'm just getting old.....sniff sniff.

At least we get wiser with age right?

Dude I'm with you. I need help too. I have all sorts of lotions and potions for my mask and haven't seen any of them even make a dent. I did notice last summer that the spf 70 helped it to not get any worse. But I felt like I spent the entire summer with a towel wrapped around my head.
