Short but Sweet...
One of my favorite things to do with Lucy is to ask her for a kiss. I'll stop and ask, "Can I get a quick kiss?" and she does it! It is so great.
This is one of those things that I know I have about a 2 year window (hopefully more) of time in which she will oblige.
By age 8, it will be gross and by age 15, she will want to kill me.
So I will hold on tight to age 2 and the greatness that it brings!

I don't believe that's true. I believe the right "Mom/Child" combo can do this LONG after 8 or 15 without it being gross or embarrassing.
My son is 14 and will still kiss me in public in front of his friends and he tells me "I love you" every time we hang up the phone (even when he's on his cell phone with his friends).
I love the kisses on demand...so sweet.

I agree that the right combo leads to kisses. I would always tell my Mom I loved her and give her a kiss and STILL do when I talk to/see her and I'm twenty-blah blah years old :)
